Where We Cover

Water Damage Service Areas

Same-day water damage and mold response across Little Rock and the surrounding suburbs — pick your area below.

Little Rock

Our busiest coverage area, from Hillcrest and The Heights to Chenal Valley, SoMa, and Riverdale along the Arkansas River. Older neighborhoods near the river still carry crawl-space foundations that trap ground moisture under the floor joists.

North Little Rock

Directly across the Arkansas River from downtown, home to Dickey-Stephens Park and a mix of older river-adjacent housing and newer infill. Homes closer to the river tend to bring more crawl-space moisture calls.

Sherwood

North of North Little Rock along Highway 107, a suburban mix of ranch homes and newer subdivisions where both crawl-space and slab foundations show up on our calls.

Jacksonville

Home to Little Rock Air Force Base, with a lot of housing stock built during the base's mid-century expansion — older plumbing in these homes is a common source of slow leaks.

Maumelle

A planned community on the north side of the Arkansas River near Lake Willastein, mostly newer construction where appliance and water-heater leaks outnumber structural moisture issues.

Conway

About 30 miles north on I-40, home to the University of Central Arkansas and one of the fastest-growing housing markets in the metro, with new subdivisions rising alongside older established neighborhoods.

Benton

Southwest on I-30 along the Saline River, the Saline County seat with a mix of older downtown homes and newer subdivisions further out from the river.

Bryant

Neighboring Benton along I-30, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in Saline County, mostly newer homes built on slab foundations.

Cabot

Northeast via Highway 67/167 in Lonoke County, a fast-growing school-district suburb where most housing stock is newer construction from the last two decades.

Alexander

A small community straddling the Saline and Pulaski county line south of Little Rock, with a mix of rural properties and older homes on crawl-space foundations.

Shannon Hills

A small Saline County city near Alexander and Bryant, mostly newer subdivisions off Highway 5 built on slab foundations.
